Hall Named Chairman of Committee on Agriculture Appropriations

RALEIGH, N.C. – Representative Kyle Hall (R-Stokes) has been appointed by Speaker Tim Moore (R-Cleveland) to co-chair the Appropriations Committee on Agriculture, Natural and Economic Resources.  Hall will help write one of the largest portions of the state budget.

Speaker Tim Moore released the following statement:

“Representative Kyle Hall will oversee appropriations for North Carolina’s largest economic sector, agriculture, as well as initiatives to preserve our state’s environmental resources and natural splendor. Rep. Kyle Hall is an emerging leader in the North Carolina House who will ensure our state invests in core priorities to grow farming, tourism and other industries that depend on our state’s breathtaking landscape and sustainable resources for long-term success.”

Representative Kyle Hall was elected to his first full-term in November 2016.  Hall is a resident of Stokes County and a real estate broker with Janet G. Hall Realty in King, North Carolina.

The 91st District encompasses all of Stokes County and part of Rockingham County, including the areas of Madison, Mayodan, Stoneville and Reidsville.
