North Carolina voters will consider six ballot referendums in the 2018 midterm elections that would amend the state constitution if approved.
Those amendments would protect the right to hunt and fish, expand rights for victims of crime, require a photo ID to vote, cap the maximum state income tax at 7%, replace gubernatorial appointments to judicial vacancies with a merit selection system, and establish a bipartisan board of ethics and elections oversight.
