Raleigh, N.C. – State House Speaker Tim Moore (R-Cleveland) released a statement Thursday saying the resignation of two members of the State Board of Elections raises more serious questions about the appearance of collusion to weaken North Carolina election laws among the Governor, Attorney General, and partisan attorneys from the national Democratic Party.

State Court of Appeals Upholds North Carolinians’ Voice on Voter ID and Max Tax, Reverses Activist Trial Judge

Raleigh, N.C. – A state Court of Appeals panel overturned a lower court ruling on Tuesday that blocked constitutional amendments implementing a lower maximum income tax rate and voter ID, measures that North Carolinians’ approved at the ballot box in 2018.
