Overwhelming bipartisan support for ‘Coronavirus Relief Act 3.0’ sends General Assembly proposals to the Governor
 
Raleigh, N.C. – The state General Assembly gave final legislative approval to a $1 billion historic relief package today that includes direct payments to North Carolina parents of $335 to cover unexpected childcare costs.

Legislators Announce Support for $5 Million Fund to Ensure Safe Access to In-Person Voting in North Carolina

Raleigh, N.C. – State House and Senate leaders announced support Monday to include $5 million in an upcoming COVID-19 legislative relief package to ensure North Carolina counties have sufficient poll officials to keep as many precinct sites available as possible.
